Human Resources and Social Development Canada (HRSDC) provides services to assist employers with their human resources needs. Targeted wage subsidy programs provide employers with incentives to hire and provide previously unemployed persons with new skills and valuable employment experience. They also provide access to free job postings through the Job Bank website (http://www.jobbank.gc.ca/), and free local labour market information.
